TheDOJO Grappling & Jujitsu





Teaching Grappling gives a martial arts student a sense of confidence in defending oneself from the ground.  Good for self-defense for men, women and children.  Also it's fun, a good workout and it helps clear the mind as you practice, train and study the various techniques of the grappling arts such as Judo, Jujitsu, Aikido etc.
